Pressure Washing: Using our hot water pressure washing treatment, we can keep your driveway, walkways, house, roof, deck, fence, and pool area clean.
Our equipment: We have years of experience with the use os high-end commercially rated equipment. Commercial pressure washing equipment provides a choice of nozzles, some designed specifically for cleaning decks. Specialized equipment and nozzles are used for every different surface. Different wood types require nozzle and pressure adjustments for optimum results and to minimize damage to the surface and texture of the wood. We test nozzles first, starting with less pressure, only adding more if needed to clean your deck effectively. Too much pressure can cause damage to the wood or siding.

Surfaces and Problems: We remove green algae, mildew, dirt, debris, pollution, cobwebs, or black mold on concrete, stucco, aggregate, flagstone, gunnite, slumpstone, brick or similar walkway, building, or deck surfaces. We can also remove paint spills. Oil stains and rust stains on driveways can also be minimized or removed. A wide variety of specialized cleaning solutions are used, not just for various surface types, but also based on each site"s particular needs. Every type of grime or soil requires its own process to be removed, removing algae or mildew from a roof or a deck is much different than removing oil stains from parking lots and driveways.

House Washes - It is important to have you house washed annually to avoid build-up and permenant damage caused by algae, mildew, and artillery mold. In fact, siding and roofing manufacturers recommend homeowners to have their siding pressure washed annually in order to maintain the warranty.
Preperation: We know that careless application of chemicals, sealants and stains will kill grass and plants therefore before we begin, we tarp up plants, shrubbery, and siding around the deck area as much as possible. We remove toys and furniture to protect them. We inspect areas of your deck adjacent to the siding of your home that could be vulnerable to damage from high pressure.
Method: Our specialists start by applying chemicals to neutralize the pH in the wood before pressure washing your deck or fence. After it has dried, we can sand splintering wood while removing warped, cracked, or cupped boards and replace them with new wood. We will then apply the product of your choice (please see our products page) to the wood to prevent mildewing, fading/graying, and UV damage. We take the time to back brush products into the wood to ensure an optimal, even application. So don't let your deck develop these problems when we can prevent them.
